PROBLEM
A former Navy SEAL identified a gap in the market: tactical training was either too dangerous (live fire) or too unrealistic (standard video games). He needed a way to bring military-grade simulation to a consumer app connected to physical gear.
SOLUTION
We delivered a mobile platform that supports tactical training, simulation, and competition in real-world conditions. The solution integrates connected-device functionality and provides structured modes that allow solo and group sessions across indoor and outdoor environments. It supports engagement through progression mechanics such as ranks, achievements, and unlocks.
The app experience is designed to remain usable during active training sessions, prioritizing clarity, responsiveness, and reliability so the product performs as both a training tool and a competitive platform.
