PROBLEM
The City of Appleton was relying on inefficient manual cycle counting methods that were prone to human error. They needed a robust digital solution that could withstand the demands of a physical warehouse environment while integrating seamlessly with their existing enterprise systems.
SOLUTION
We built an Android cycle counting application optimized for Zebra MC9300 scanning workflows. The solution standardizes the physical inventory process by guiding users through scan-and-confirm flows that reduce manual entry and cut down on count errors. The system is designed for high-volume counting where speed and consistency are required.
We structured the data capture so inventory activity is traceable and repeatable across teams. This provides a clean operational foundation for expanded warehouse-style workflows, improved reporting, and additional integrations in future phases.
