The problem

The problem we solve

Maybe a previous developer left, the app keeps crashing, or nobody can say what it will take to add the next feature. Guessing is expensive. A readiness review tells you what you have, what is at risk and what it will really take to move forward.

What we build

What we review

  • Code review

How the code is written, how it is organized, and how hard it will be to change.

  • Security check

Common weaknesses, outdated packages and how user data is stored and sent.

  • Architecture and hosting review

How the app, servers and databases fit together, and what they cost to run.

  • App store and device check

Whether the app meets current App Store and Google Play rules and runs on today's devices.

  • Prioritized plan

What to fix first, what can wait, and whether to repair, finish or rebuild, with time and cost ranges.

How it works

Assess, then build, then support

  1. Assess

A Business Efficiency Assessment finds where time and money are lost and ends with an initial scope, and its fee counts toward the build. New products start with a prototype.

  2. Build

Design comes first and finalizes the scope and screens, then the same team builds in phases.

  3. Support

Monthly plans that keep your software running and improving after launch.

FAQs

App Readiness Review questions

How much does a review cost?

The review is $4,500 and usually takes about 2 weeks. Any fixes are priced after the review, based on what it finds.

What do you need from us?

Access to the code repository, the app store accounts and any hosting accounts, plus a short call about the app's history and goals.

Can you review an app another company built?

Yes. That is the most common reason teams ask for a review.

What happens after the review?

You keep the findings and the plan. You can work with us to carry it out, use your own team, or hire someone else. If you work with us, the fixes are priced from what the review found.

Will you keep our code confidential?

Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before we look at any code.

Do you use AI to build software?

Yes, every day. AI writes and checks much of the routine code, so more of your budget goes to the parts that are specific to your business and you see working software sooner. People still own what matters most: understanding your business, design, architecture and testing, and an engineer reviews every change before it ships. Your code and data stay in accounts you own and are never used to train public models.
