The problem

The problem we solve

Most businesses run on a handful of good tools that don't talk to each other. Orders get typed into the ERP by hand, customer changes in the CRM never reach accounting, and someone exports a spreadsheet every morning to keep things in step. Every copy is a chance for a mistake, and nobody notices a broken handoff until a customer does. We connect the tools you already use, map the data between them, and watch every connection so problems are caught before they cost you.

What we build

Systems Integration services

  • Two-way data sync

Orders, customers, items and invoices kept in step across your systems, entered once and updated everywhere.

  • ERP, CRM and accounting connections

The core systems your business runs on, connected so each one has the data it needs, when it needs it.

  • APIs for your own systems

Secure ways for your apps, partners and vendors to work with your data, without anyone emailing spreadsheets.

  • Data mapping and cleanup

Matching records, codes and fields between systems that were never designed to agree, with duplicates fixed along the way.

  • Monitoring and alerts

Every connection watched, failed syncs retried, and a person alerted with the details when something needs attention.

  • Connections for older systems

Systems with no modern way in get one, so you can connect them now and replace them in steps.

How it works

Assess, then build, then support

  1. Assess

A Business Efficiency Assessment finds where time and money are lost and ends with an initial scope, and its fee counts toward the build. New products start with a prototype.

  2. Build

Design comes first and finalizes the scope and screens, then the same team builds in phases.

  3. Support

Monthly plans that keep your software running and improving after launch.

FAQs

Systems Integration questions

Which systems can you connect?

ERPs like SAP Business One, NetSuite, Epicor Kinetic and Dynamics 365 Business Central, plus CRMs, accounting, e-commerce, scheduling and email. Anything with an API, a database or a file export can usually be connected.

What if one of our systems has no API?

We can work with its database or exports, or put a secure API in front of it, so it can join the rest of your tools until you're ready to replace it.

What happens when a connection fails?

Each connection is monitored. Failed syncs are retried, and if one still fails, a person gets an alert with what went wrong and which records are affected. Nothing is dropped without anyone knowing.

Can't we use an off-the-shelf connector tool?

Often you can, and we'll say so. We build purpose-built connections when the data needs real mapping, the volume is high, or the rules are more than a simple connector handles.

How much does it cost?

Most integration work starts with a Business Efficiency Assessment, from $4,500, which maps how data moves today and ends with an initial scope and a price range. The fee counts toward the build.

Is our data safe?

Connections run in accounts you own, data is encrypted in transit, and each connection only gets the access it needs.

Do you use AI to build software?

Yes, every day. AI writes and checks much of the routine code, so more of your budget goes to the parts that are specific to your business and you see working software sooner. People still own what matters most: understanding your business, design, architecture and testing, and an engineer reviews every change before it ships. Your code and data stay in accounts you own and are never used to train public models.
