PROBLEM
Coaches and scouts often rely on intuition or scattered spreadsheets to track player development. They needed a standardized, scientific method to assess physical maturation and performance metrics over time to make data-backed training decisions.
SOLUTION
We developed a product direction for a human performance platform that standardizes how teams capture and track performance and maturation metrics. The solution focuses on clean data entry and consistent measurement workflows so progress can be compared over time and across athletes.
We designed the foundation to support future automation, including computer-vision-ready measurement paths where applicable. This enables the platform to start with reliable tracking and expand into analytics and automated assessment as the product matures.
