PROBLEM
Manufacturers lacked visibility into how their products were being displayed in showrooms. They needed a standardized, scalable way for field reps to conduct audits without relying on messy spreadsheets or email chains.
SOLUTION
We took LuxeIQ from concept to an MVP-ready platform by delivering two connected applications: a rep-facing PWA for showroom audits and an administrator web app for managing data and approvals. We designed and built structured workflows for creating and managing showrooms and products, capturing audit data in a consistent format, and routing submissions through review and approval.
We handled end-to-end requirements, UX/UI design, technical architecture, backend/database development, and frontend implementation for both apps. We also supported environment setup, deployment, and QA to ensure the MVP is stable in the field and easy for reps to use while producing accurate data manufacturers can trust.
